
The Venus Index Workout is the program I developed for women. It’s a whole body weight training workout that can be done at home or at the gym with just a few dumbbells and a bench/step.
The focus is proportions and shape (rather than weight loss at all costs or building muscle like a guy)
The three “Inflection” points of the shoulders, waist, and hips make up the classic hourglass shape and it’s what we call your Venus Index Ratio and it’s based on the timeless proportions known as the “Golden Ratio”. Creating this shape is the focus of this workout program.
