The Adonis Index Workout is the program I developed for building the Ideal proportioned body for men.

It’s based on the golden ratio as it applies to human body and focuses on building the classic V-taper of wide shoulders and a narrow waist.

The program has multiple phases and can be used by beginners all the way up to advanced lifters who’ve been training for decades.
