		<description>It&#039;s the coffee time version of the &quot;timbit&quot;

For those of you who aren&#039;t familiar with tim hortons items I guess they are called &quot;munchkins&quot; at dunkin donuts in the states.

		<description>Kenneth,

Glad you brought this up. Food labels are an average or an estimate of what the food item &#039;should&#039; have. Sometimes it overestimates and sometimes it underestimates.

For example: If you go out and buy a 6 pack of muffins from the bakery all 6 of them might not be exactly the same weight, so 3 of them might have slightly more calories than the others (even though they&#039;re in one package with one nutrition label giving a calorie count for all of them)

I would suggest as a general rule to assume that the foods we eat have more calories than we assume. This way at least we are err on the side of lower calories than higher.

		<description>Hey John ,

Did you read this Yahoo article

http://health.yahoo.com/news/healthday/caloriecountsonfoodlabelingoftenoff.html;_ylt=AixSl0IQ1anf.Jwz_fNbmIpLvs8F

It stated that many calorie labels are off, should people be concerned about it or just follow exactly what is written on the box? Thanks</description>

		<description>Dave,

I never consider the fat or sugar content of the food I eat...just the total calories.
