In this video Becky shows you how to make a low calorie chicken pizza.
The pizza only has approx 180 calories and the chicken itself is the base of the pizza. There is no dough or flour or any of that.
This pizza is made entirely of chicken, tomato sauce, cheese and veggies for toppings.
Check it out.

1. Dang, that’s a good idea to use the chicken as the crust!
2. John, I hear about “ketosis” where the body starts to use protein as a source of fuel if you don’t eat enough carbs. Is there any legitimacy to this concern? I don’t want to have to worry about eating enough carbs if I don’t have to.
3. What is the deal with glycogen? On the AE forums, people are talking about how you lose strength if you are low on glycogen reserves due to not eating enough carbs or something.
4. How do I change my password for johnbarban.com?

Aw man, had I realized the chicken was the crust, my 450 cals bet wouldn’t have been far off! nice trick. Kind of like the KFC double down (which isn’t that unhealthy except the 40% fat calories)

Im embarrassed to admit, I subscribe to some terrible ‘fitness’ magazines just for an occasional good new recipe. This is going to be a series, right?
