Transforming your body requires effort, know how, and accountability. I can direct your efforts so you get the most out of every workout and make your diet work for you in your specific situation. This will help you get to your goal as fast as possible.
Personal coaching doesn’t stop once you get to your goal (at least it shouldn’t). You will also learn how to maintain your goal body shape and size once you arrive at it – this is a crucial step missing in most coaching programs.
As a personal coaching client you will have access to coaching calls with me via skype, phone, or email on a weekly basis. We will work through you personal challenges to bring you the results you are looking for.
Who is this for?
I’ve coached people who’ve had over 100lbs to lose, as well as fitness competitors who were looking to get shredded for a an upcoming competition, and everyone in between. Whatever your current level of dieting experience is I will work with you to get you the results you want.
My coaching is for you if you’re serious about changing the way they look, regardless of your starting point.
What to expect.
With the personal coaching program you will start by filling out an extensive diet and exercise history questionnaire so I’m fully aware of what you’ve done in the past, what has worked for you and what hasn’t. This will help me identify what your strengths and weaknesses are and what the best course of action is to get you progressing towards your goals.
I will work with you on all of the following things:
- Setting your body shape goals based on your ideal Golden Raito for your height
- Setting body weight range goals based on our formulas for your ideal body
- Determining your ideal caloric needs and eating pattern to achieve your fat burning and muscle building goals
- Design a diet that works with your body and your lifestyle
- Identify food allergies and sensitivities
- Identify the foods that work best with your body
- Identify the foods that are not optimal for your body
- Supplementation program (you can use them or not, but either way I can show you what the best options are based on your personal preference)
- Workout modifications to match the specific needs of your body – we start with my base workouts and make adjustments based on your body and your progress
- Accountability – I will be there every step of the way via email, skype or phone. Sometimes just a weekly check in is all that it takes to keep you motivated and your head in the game to stay on track.
Progress will be measured bi-weekly based on pictures, measurements, weight and how you’re feeling overall. Based on what we see in your progress update we will make all the necessary adjustments to keep you moving forward. Weight loss and progress in general will not be linear, our goal is to minimize the plateaus and keep you progressing towards your goal as seamlessly as possible.
I’m only interested in working with people who will take this seriously and follow through with the plan we come up with. This doesn’t mean you are not allowed to stumble and have bad days and even bad weeks, it just means you have to put a sincere effort in and take it seriously, and most important, you have to commit to getting back on the wagon after you fall off (because let’s face it, nobody is perfect we all fall of the wagon at some point).
I expect a minimum commitment of 3 months. The price is $199 month. At any point after the 3 month time period you can cancel. On the other hand if you’re happy with the progress you can stay on as long as you like until you feel ready to go on your own.
As a part of my personal coaching program you will not be eligible for our contests, however you will be eligible to be featured on the covers of our product books and websites if you choose to do a photoshoot (which I will coach you through).
