		<description>this is with reference to the need for proteins. Muscle fibers are made of proteins and proteins are made up of amino acids, we all know that. At any point when these fibers are stretched, some parts of it get torn and these parts need to be repaired (and our bodies are very efficient at this, repairing, and hence we recover). Repair of fiber PARTS is what you need the proteins and amino acids for. The fiber itself will remain intact even if some parts of it are torn therefore the number of muscle fibers will still remain the same.</description>
