You may or may not know, but my new book “The Adonis Effect” and the workout system that goes with it is going live Tuesday July 21st.
We’ve had some great response from you over the past week.
So I’ve decided to give away the first part of the book for you here. –> adonis-effect-part-1
We will be giving away some great bonus stuff this week starting Tuesday until
Friday (OR until the 1st 1000 copies are gone, whichever comes first). If you’re
interested you might want to jump on the Early Bird list and get an hour
head start on everyone else. ==> http://www.adoniseffect.com/true-account
I hope you enjoy it.
John
P.S. Please feel free to drop me a note in the comments section of this post after reading this.

I’m looking forward to reading this. I’m just wrapping up the build and burn workout and I’m looking forward to start the build workout. My clothes are tighter and my posture has increased a lot.

I had no idea this is how it was with the magazines and stuff. Glad I read this.

Great work! ‘Bout time that finally the UN-attainable was shown up for the lie that it is! Asked my wife about the too much muscle…. fully agrees (phew!)

Hi Crystal,
We do have some research on the women’s side of this whole story and we keep getting questions about it.
I’ll keep you posted.

This was some of the best writing I’ve seen on this subject. Very eye opening and different than a lot of the other BS you typically hear.

Thanks for your honesty. This is the first time I’ve read anything about body building / supplements / steroids that rings true. More power to you!! I have been getting your newsletters for a year or so but did not consider that your Adonis info would be of use or benefit to me because of my age (64) and, therefore, body changes that could be achieved. I’m 5’6″, 155lb, and noticeably (to me) losing muscle (and strength) as the years roll by. My goal would be to regain and retain body strength and (along the way) some muscle. Maybe, now, I can believe it’s possible. Again, thanks for the truth.

Page 17 – and I maintained a lead body fat percentage, too.
lead ?
Also, your dianabol experience sounds way too good to be true. Actually, you make me consider doing drugs if they’re THAT good ! (and I don’t think that was your point)
No really, wouldn’t it be better to bring out proper information on how to use steroids (you know, liver toxicity of oral supplements.. If everyone is using anyways, better do it safe. Also, if steroid use was to be more accepted there wouldn’t be so much fuss and hypocrisy going on when people are “caught”. I’m all for openness and would rather see professional athletes drugs under professional supervision than constantly be lied to.
Telling drugs are bad is preaching to the (wrong) choir and therefore I do not really like this preview of the book. I do like your point of view that there is a thing as too much muscle and the fact that we are constantly being lied to by “the industry”. So maybe I’d still like the rest of the book
PS: I don’t do drugs … no really.

This is some good stuff, glad I read it.

@Wazzup
This book isn’t meant to be a users guide for steroids, or a moral platform to tell you to take them or not.
I agree with you that mainstream media and the public in general have a very misinformed opinion on steroids and that athletes are being vilified wrongly.
The steroid issue is a very interesting discussion that could be an entire book on its own.
I may even write something to expand on these points as there is still so much misinformation about them.
